The Present


Even if you are going through difficult, painful situations that are leaving their mark on your present, it is a good idea to do something to reduce anxiety and thus avoid burdening your unborn child with fears that are not their own.

To do this try to live in the moment and focus your mind on something positive without giving too much importance to fleeting ideas.

You may have lost a child, had a miscarriage or have undergone unsuccessful fertility treatments. These incidents end up all together in a heavy backpack that has to be removed if it is not going to negatively affect the development of your baby.

It is difficult to do, since suffering is sometimes uncontrollable. I suggest seeking help to get the necessary peace of mind to grow both personally and assist your child in growing in a healthy way.
